1.3 Revisions Policy
We offer up to 2 revisions within the scope of the original agreement to ensure client satisfaction.
Requests beyond the original scope or excessive revisions may result in additional charges.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Although refunds are generally not permitted, the following exceptional cases may be reviewed:
2.1 Non-Delivery of Services
If Wave Solution fails to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeframe due to internal issues, we will review the case and may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
2.2 Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If an overpayment or duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded promptly.
2.3 Inability to Fulfill the Order
In rare circumstances where we are unable to complete a project due to technical limitations or unavoidable constraints, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
